By purchasing from The CBG Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both our valued customers and our business.

1. Orders & Personalisation

• All orders are made specifically for you based on the details you provide, whether for personalised engraving or handmade body products.

• It is your responsibility to double-check spelling, dates, names, ingredients, and any other detailsbefore finalising your order.

• Once your order is confirmed and production has started, changes cannot be made.

2. Product Information & Safety

• All products are crafted with care and to a high standard. Variations in colour, scent, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of handmade and customised items.

• Ingredients for body products are listed with each item. Customers must check for potential allergens before purchase.

• All body products are for external use only. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.

• Express orders may be available on request and may incur a rush fee.

• The CBG Collective is not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required before any work begins or orders are dispatched.

• Payment Policy – Bank Transfer Preferred: To keep our prices fair and minimise additional costs for customers, we prefer bank transfer payments. Please use the account details provided at checkout or on your invoice, and include your name or order number as the payment reference.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is faulty or there is a clear error on our part.• For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and clear photos.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue is confirmed.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or customer-provided errors.

6. Product Care

• Engraved items should be handled with care and used according to the instructions provided with your order.

• Body products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and used within the recommended time frame.

7. Use of Images

• We reserve the right to photograph and share completed products for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website).

• If you prefer your item not be shared, please notify us at the time of ordering.

8. Shipping & Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available in Mareeba, QLD by arrangement.

• Shipping is available Australia-wide, with tracking details provided once dispatched.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit, but will assist where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

• All product names, descriptions, images, designs, and branding remain the property of The CBG

Collective.

• Any logos or designs provided by customers must be their own or used with full permission.

• We are not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
